The Process
So, you are ready to go on a trip? You have probably already done a little research, know where and when you want to go, have an idea of what your investment will be (both time and money), and who is going with you. Now, it is time to start making some final decisions, but you still have questions like, "How do I know this is a good place to stay?", "Am I going at the right time of year?", or "Is this the best deal out there?"...that is where we come in! Perhaps this is your first time working with a travel advisor. Don't worry, we have been in your shoes, and will walk you through the whole process. So, let's get started!!
Now that you have a general idea about the type of travel experience you want to have, consider a few more specifics. It's ok if you don't know the answers, part of our job is to help you find them!

After you have given some thought to some of the finer details, it's time to give us a call (682) 651-7745. Or you can drop an appointment on our calendar at a time that is convenient for you. If you are able to complete the Trip Request form before we talk, it makes the most of our time. We are focused on protecting your investment - your time and your money.

During our call, we will ask lots of questions. But don’t worry if you don’t have all the answers. Our goal is to hear your thoughts, from the biggest, "most important" element down to the tiniest, almost-hidden detail like:

If you are going to beach..."What color is the water?"

"What is the aroma in the air?" while you are sitting at a bistro in Florence.

Or "Where can I find the best burger and fries?" as you are road-tripping across the US.

All of this information will be helpful in finding the best options for you. It will also give us a chance to get to know you better.

Also, during our call, we will discuss trip management fees and what you can expect from Kingdom Travel. Feel free to take a look at the trip management agreement. No one likes surprises, especially when planning a trip! Trusting us as your travel advisor is an important decision. Now you might be asking, "Why should I pay you to do something I can do myself for free?" So glad you asked!!

TIME – We will save A LOT of time! Time is the only resource that we have that cannot be replenished. It is estimated that it takes an average of 10-20 hours of an individual’s time to plan their own trip – possibly longer if it’s a new destination. Not only that, but they will also visit over 140 different websites!! Who has time for that?? That is where your trusted travel advisor comes in.
EXCELLENCE – We are professionals and excellent at what we do. This is our job. We gladly pay other professionals who are excellent in their field of expertise (attorneys, hair stylists, accountants, home maintenance professionals – you get the point). We are no different. However, Kingdom Travel is not simply providing a service. We will partner with you and deliver a level of service that is nothing short of EXCELLENCE.
RESOURCES – We have access to tons of resources through our amazing network, some of which are not available to the public. This also means that we have access to DEALS and promotions that you would not see if you were researching on your own.

Next will be execution of the service agreement and payment of the management fees. Then the fun begins!! Based on what you have told us, you will receive three to four options to look over. Since we really listen to what is important, you will likely have an option that appeals to you the most. If not, the search will continue until we find the perfect one.
Once the final decision has been made, we will complete the booking and call you to review the final details. The deposit(s) will be paid at that time. We will check in with you periodically and send travel tips, updates, and of course your notice for final payment. After final payment is made, it will be time to get excited because that means your trip is right around the corner!! Your final travel documents will be delivered about 30 days prior to departure.

THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT STEP...ENJOY YOUR TRIP!!!! But it does not stop here...we want to hear all about your AMAZING adventure! We will touch base with you a few days after you return, and you can fill me in on all the details.
